DRESS REHEARSAL 

Sunday February 5th 2012 

Arrive at 9:00am at the Richmond Hill Theatre for 
Performing Arts with hair and makeup done for your 
first piece. Please leave enough time to find parking and 
look for signs directing you where to go. Remember that 
each audience member will need to pay a small fee of 
$5.00 that the theatre has requested. 

A schedule for Dress Rehearsal is being constructed and 
will be e-mailed to you shortly. We will be doing the 
Production first and taking the Production group picture 
that day. 

DVDS 

LAST CALL to buy the dress rehearsal DVD that gives 
you a copy of all the groups, solos, duets and trios at a cost 
of $30.00 for 2 DVDs. Please pay at the office before 
February 5th and the payment must be in cash. 

COMPETITIVE PHOTO DAY 

Sunday February 12th 2012 

You should have already received the form for ordering 
photos via email. The order form and payment should be 
returned to the studio, no later than February 10th , the 
sooner the better. No orders will be accepted after this 
date or on the actual photo day. The blue drop box is 
located in the office. 

A schedule is being constructed and you will receive an e-
mailed copy closer to the date. 

COSTUMES 

This year, solo/duet/trio costumes will be kept at the studio 
until they are completely paid for. Cheques should be made 
payable to “In Dancewear” as they will be going directly to 
our seamstress, Nadia.
